- The students must be Indian nationals and domiciled in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands
- The students must belong to the Other Backward Classes (OBC).
- The students must be studying a post-matriculation or post-secondary course in a recognised institution/college/university (as specified in the terms & conditions section below).
- The students must have passed matriculation or higher secondary or any higher level examination from a recognised University or Board of Secondary Education.
