Eligibility Criteria

- The applicant must be a refugee or a citizen of a Commonwealth country that meets the requirements.
- The applicant must permanently reside in a developing Commonwealth country.
- A first degree of at least upper second class (2:1) is necessary.
- There may be times when applicants with less education and relevant experience are considered.
