- Applicants must have a domicile of Maharashtra.
- Applicants belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category.
- Applicants must be enrolled in a professional course in a recognised institution.
- Students must be residing in a hostel (either a government, institute or outside campus).
- Students family annual income less than or equal to ₹2,50,000 from all sources.
